Introduction

This application is a personal, internal tool built and used by Lucas Trubiano ("we", "us", "our") to automate personal tasks and workflows through Google APIs, accessed via authorized MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations. This Privacy Policy explains what data the application accesses, how it is used, and how it is protected.

Data we access

When you (the account owner) authorize this application via Google OAuth, it may access data from Google services such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Google Tasks, strictly limited to the scopes you explicitly grant. Access is used only to perform the specific automation actions requested at that time (for example, reading or drafting an email, checking or creating a calendar event, or reading a file).

How we use your data

Data accessed through Google APIs is processed solely to fulfill the specific action requested by the account owner. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising purposes. Data is not retained beyond what is necessary to complete the requested action, and no data is used to train third-party machine learning models beyond what is strictly required to process the request itself.

Data retention and security

This application is intended for personal, internal use by a single authorized account owner. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect any data processed by the application. Google API scopes can be revoked at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
