Acceptance of terms

This application is a personal, internal tool built and operated by Lucas Trubiano ("we", "us", "our"), used to automate personal tasks and workflows through Google APIs, accessed via authorized MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations. By authorizing this application to access your Google account, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Description of service

The application connects to Google APIs on behalf of an authorized account owner to perform automation tasks (such as reading/drafting email, managing calendar events, or accessing files) requested by that account owner. It is not a public product and is not offered for general public use.

Acceptable use

The application is intended solely for personal, internal use by its authorized owner, in compliance with Google's API Services User Data Policy and applicable terms of service for any connected Google product.

No warranty

This application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucas Trubiano shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this application.

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
